Users (customers)

Work with customers consists of two main parts

• Customer information collection for automatic discounts or other bonuses, which can be introduced in your cafe.
• Accounts. When accounts are used, customer can start session without operator’s help, he just enters his login and password and select tariff and time.

Accounts

User can add money to his account. He can use this money in a long time, buying time and paying for additional services. Accounts gives many comfortable features to users – discounts, checking their money wasting, convenient session starting and much more. For internet or game cafe owner accounts gives control over their customers, that helps to work out strategy of business evolution.

Additional features

Main users window can be found in main menu - VIEW - USERS, or by pressing F9.

All acts over user accounts can be made from popup menu. To do it, select user and right click on it.

Beside some users you can see icon - - it shows, that user has photo loaded. To see it, click on the icon.
If user was registered under another user, in "Engaged in by" column you can see icon. Click on it, to see engager.

History.

When user is selected, his actions history appears in bottom list. Different actions have different colors. Click FILTER button to define, which actions to show in this list and which not.
